No she can't, the virus cannot live long outside of the body. It is better to use a cut straw over using a dollar bill just because of the germs that's on money and people put their money in nasty places like their sock or in their bra.
Cold germs however can live outside the body for quite a while and the easiest way to get sick if from cold germs getting into your nose or through your eyes. With all the stuff coke is cut with (like baby laxatives) and already getting put into your nose it probably wouldn't matter but it would be safer to use a clean cut straw.

I think that she should be more worried about her cocaine addiction than contracting HIV from a dollar bill. It is 100% impossible to get HIV from a dollar bill. She must have been really fucked up or paranoia from drug use has set in. I think that she also should be more worried about ODing on this drug. What an idiot..
AIDS cannot survive outside of the human body it must have a host Air kills it. Why don't you refer her to a rehab and tell her not to worry about contracing HIV. But she could get HIV from being a drug user and getting involved with risky behavior such as unprotected sex. Since addicts are known for doing that
