When your contacts are on inside out, can you still see clearly?

Question:
I just got new contacts, and I'm kind of confused about which was is inside out. They look the same to me on my finger, and it feels awful both ways.

Answers:
If it has any writing on the contact, like a number or something, that part is on the outside, so when you put the contact in that part would be facing outward. You can usually tell by it being more uncomfortable if it is inside out. But since you just got them, that will be hard for you to tell, since it feels uncomfortable both ways, but one should feel worse than the other.

Other Answers:
check with the optometrist. Before you scratch your corneas
