push ups..?

Question:
so,
i work out 3 days a week. cardio + weights.
on my spair days, if i do like 10 push ups every hour. would that help out at all. to get in some extra work out time?

Answers:
No.

It's best to do each body part exactly every 2 or three days.

Most people, at gyms, do Upper body one day and lower body the next.

Your muscles grow stronger, when your body "thinks" that it needs to grow them stronger.

Always make sure that when you work out you do more than is comfortable.
If your body can do ten easily, than you should probably start doing 20.

10 could be a great amount for some people, but if that is the case, you're just going to ruin your muscles.
You have to let your body rest so that it can grow the muscles you want to grow.
You know that you're doing it right if the next day (or the next two days) it feels wierd when you use it, bbut it doesn't hurt.
Pain the next day means that you over did it.

So if you can feel it each time you move it the next day, but it doesn't hurt, then continue doing it as you are doing it.
