Girl, don't take any diet pills, you'll gain it all back plus some when the pills run out. I went on the provida diet and lost 20 pounds in two weeks. It is a 6 week body makeover plan, but is something you can do for the rest of your life. You eat five meals a day. I went from a size 18 to an 11. I haven't felt this good in ten years! You could try diet pills, they really work, except they burn off weight a little TOO quickly.
There is no safe and healthy way to lose weight fast, (unless of course you have surgery). The worst thing you can do is lose weight at a quick pace, it will only come back in the end. Best to lose 1 or 2 pounds a week.
Try taking Fish Oil Omega-3 supplements daily. A 120 count bottle at Wal-Mart (Spring Valley brand) costs $6.25. The bottle says to take 3 a day with meals. I only take one with breakfast and in 2 weeks I saw a nice change in the size of my tummy. I also lost 10 lbs in one month. I eat whatever I want whenever I want. I don't even exercise.unless you count keeping up with 2 toddlers exercise. The only thing I changed about my diet was that I drank 2-3 bottles of Dasani water a day and I went from a soda a day to one a week. It's natural and is also good for maintaining a healthy heart. It wouldn't hurt to try it. I have my mom and brother taking it and they like it a lot.
try drinking green tea , eating several very small healthy meals all through the day instead of 3 large meals and of course exercise , maybe going walking or dancing , whatever is fun for you , im certain youll lose the weight fairly quickly but dont be in too much of a hurry , if it comes off too fast then it will come back just as fast or quicker. also , stay away from sweets , eat more vegetables and not so much meat :) . hope this works.
