why does the dentist suggest of RCT rather than extraction?

Question:

Answers:
extraction of tooth is followed with movement of side teeth and upper teeth into the gap created. Replacement with fixed crown and bridge is expensive. extraction of many teeth can cause cheeks to fall in giving a older look. No replaced tooth is functionally as good as a natural tooth.

Other Answers:
INSPITE OF BEING A LONG PROCESS, RCT IS BETTER BECAUSE IN THAT WE DON'T LOSE OUR TEETH. I ALSO HAD ONE

They suggest RCT over extraction because they want you to save as many teeth as possible. It is much better (and cheaper) to save a tooth rather than pulling & trying to fill in that space later. Good luck

Well, ask yourself this question:

Would you rather have the tooth or not have the tooth?
