what is the best exercise for me to do..my butt is big and there i just want to tone it!

There's no attack butt fat exercises. Your butt is fat because that's how your body distriutes its weight, genetics. In order for you to lose your fat butt you have to just lose weight through general guidelines.

The best way to lose weight is simply to elevate your heart rate at least 30 minutes a day. You dont even have to exercise for a long time. You dont have to job, jump, or do stairs. Just do anything that raises your heart rate pretty high for a few minutes, and your heart will continue to pump fast and burn calories. Instead of eating a few big meals a day, eat many small meals.
Make realistic goals like 5 pounds a month and stick to a routine. Have confidence in yourself and dont obsess by looking in the mirror everyday. It will happen, just have patience :)

try doing pilates or yoga

Lunges - forward motion and reverse stationary lunges. Make sure you keep your kneecaps from extending over your toes

Buy a theraband - to wrap around your ankles and then walk side to side (unbelievable burn from that)

Slow motion squat - feet shoulder with apart squat with dumbbells in each hand or one heavier dumbell with both hands between your legs (spread a little wider). Its slow motion so down slowly , hold once you reach the point where your hamstrings are almost parallel to the ground then hold 2 seconds then come up. Make sure you keep your kneecaps from extending over your toes.. very nice burn.

leg press - slowly down - hold - then up . I got a few more but I would have to show you. they are more complicated.

Dont be deceived these exercises arent the only answer.
Understand this.
There is no such thing as spot reduction.

3. Maintain a balanced workout regimen of cardio and resistance (weights). Cardio is good for fat burning and its easy to do and to progress yourself. Resistance is a little harder because its not as easy to know what to do. If weights arent your thing then try Yoga or Pilates. Both are very effective resitance and core training and can help you maintain lean muscle and increase your overall metabolism.

4. Smart supplementation of your diet is your best solution to making sure you get the nutrients your food doesnt give you. Plus cleanses, as well as detox formulas are awesome for eliminating toxins we take into our bodies without knowing.

5. Sleep is a very important part of any healthy lifestyle regimen. When we sleep our bodies and minds refresh themselves and allow us to function at an optimal level. Sleeping allows muscles to rebuild themselves and when they do that, it speeds your metabolism.
