How do I motivate myself to exercise?

Question:
I have a 10 month old son and I still have about 5 pounds to loose to get back to my pre pregnancy weight. Although, when I got pregnant I was about 10 pounds heavier than normal. So lets say I need to loose 15 pounds. But I am SO unmotivated to excersize, i've never been discaplined enough to have a good excersize routine, but I would like to loose the weight before getting pregnant again. I don't want to add ANOTHER 15 pounds to that after the next baby and be so overweight that I feel hopeless.
What are some ways to get myself motivated and start a healthy routine for me and my son?

Answers:
What I used to do was find pictures of what I wanted my legs to look like and I concentrated on the end result. You can do this.but be reasonable.don't set yourself up too fast for impossble results.you didn't run before you walked.

I also found that having a training partner helped tremendously because they will not allow you to cheat. I happened to be lucky and had a American Football league professional player as my training partner and he would make do another rep if I slacked.

Don't be too harsh on yourself. It depends on what your goals are. It is easy to talk yourself out of doing it.but think of the endgame.

aye, ma!
the best thing would be a treadmill. anything that involves SITTING down would only make u wanna SIT. Start moving around. And any starches like, rice, pasta.. lay off it.

I lost 15 pounds in 2 months just hitting the tread mill. and ALWAYS take the stair when you can!

I couldn't stay motivated when I tried exercising..The one thing that has seemed to work so far (one month and counting) is a workout video by Billy Blanks called, "Billy 's Bootcamp".

well look at our self and then imagine you 20 pounds hevier then decide move or dont move if you dont you will get FAT!

You can motivate yourself by trying to joint a sportive club, and by realising that exercise it is good for your health, you can look for information about the benefits that brings you the exercise and you can look for an exercise that you really like it (you have lots of options)

look in the mirror

look at those good looking guys walking on by

and then get the size bathing suit you WANT to wear and try to get into it..

then start off slowly, but do not stay going slow, once you feel better go faster and more often.

Good Luck
