My daughter has spots on her belly can anyone tell me for sure what chicken pox look like?

They start out first looking like pimples that then fill up with fluid. You can almost watch more appear. Take her to a doctor to check as it is something you need to confirm as she will need to know when she is older if she has had them.
If it is chicken pox the best way to deal with the itchiness (and cheapest) get an old stocking and fill with uncooked oatmeal add it to a bath and let her lay in it. It really helped my kids. When the bath is finished just pull out the stocking empty it into the bin and redo when the scrathing starts again. I used a good antihistemene at night though as this not only stopped the scratching it helped them sleep. Good Luck
