The best thing to do is go to the doctor but if you can't pneumonia is liquid in your lungs so if you can have someone listen to your lung sound there should be no sound - thats the norm.

pnemonia can sneak up on you if you have any worries see a doctor it is nothing to mess with. My son was very irritable but otherwise seemed okay have a few symptoms of a cold then I noticed a rattling in his chest and took him to the doctors and it turned out to be pnemonia. Was very scary.

If you have pneumonia you will begin to cough up a foaming flem which continues to worsen; this is very dangerous, so see a doctor right away.. A cold, on the other hand, is a runny nose, throat irritation, cough and congestion that takes a week or two to run its course.
