I agree with going to see a neurologist. You could be suffering from severe migraines which can cause everything you described. Even more rare is a condition known as "cluster headaches". Cluster headaches can be incapacitating anywhere from 4 hours to 4 months. Check out WebMd.com for more info on them.
Do you where corrective lenses? Could be as simple as eye strain from a bad prescription. Wouldn't hurt to see an eye doctor as well.
As for your immediate pain, try to sleep on you side or your back with a supportive pillow. Don't use the memory foam type as they do not recover fast enough to support your head, neck and shoulders. Put a pillow between your legs if you sleep on your side. It helps to align the spine and give you more support. Try ice packs and heat packs. Alternate icing for 20 mins and then heat, then ice again.
You can also try some light isotonic stretching exercises for your arms, back and neck right before bed to help relax the muscles.
I'm sorry you feel rotten. I hope you feel better soon. I also hope that a good doc will take the time to listen to you.

are you overweight? if so i suggest some weightloss and healthy eating if your stresed go for a massage or something relaxing
Sounds like you need to see a doctor. Could be your heart from bad circulation. Please go soon.
do you have diabetes? I hear people with diabetes can loose feeling in body parts like especially feet with bad circulation. And maybe you should check with a doc and see if you have like chronic migraines or something. Also if you have a lot of stress that could be a cause of the headaches. Stress and depression can affect you mentally and physically.
Please see your doctor ASAP These symptoms do not sound verry good and you could have a pre condition for a stroke or circulatory problems. Do not wait around, if it's nothing, its nothing, but if its something the sooner ya know the very much better
I had the same problem a year ago, my problem the doctor diagnosed as stress. I was so stressed that it caused my headaches at night and well I was tensing up my musles and somehow causing pains from my chess to my fingers which would tingle and become numb, after awhile it would just become numb with out chess pains. He told me it occured at night because that was most likly the time of the day where i would start to think to ponder my thoughts which in the end caused the massive head aches. I ended up as per his advice, try to relax either watch tv, take some advil, and relax. it helps I still get them every now and then
You need to see a top notch neourogilist. You need a CT Scan, It could be related to a cervical problem. You should as well get an MRI of the brain, it could save your life. Something is wrong. I hope you are going to be alright. God Bless.
Warning: I'm a 22 year old with common sense, not a doctor! But. Headaches have to do with blood trapped in the brain or not enough getting to the brain (I forget which one). Then the other problems you are having seem to be poor circulation which also has to do with blood, so they seem like they could be related to me.
