what is the best possible way for me to loose 10 lbs by saturday?

jog twice a day for an hour each, once when you get up, and the other before your evening meal (which shouldn't be after 6 pm)

do some crunches and butt crunches and leg lifts

eat vegetarian and smoothies all week
smoothies like soy milk with ovaltine in them - take some multivitamins

do this and you will lose weight

start running with coats on. wrestles do it all the time if they have to make weight. just keep runing or someother activity that makes you sweat alot

You could chop off your leg.

eat on carbs and u will lose 8 maybe 7 lbs by saturday

every time you are hungry drink water - try eating more fiber items and cut back on all sugar. if you cut all carbs you will see a huge change. don't starve yourself. i ate yogurt three times a day during my meals, lost 5 lbs and wasn't even trying

WATER and lots of it followed by running
