i don't feel nervous but everytime i talk to someone my face would just go red?

Question:
even if i jus have to read out loud and no1 is watching, my face would just go red, and i can feel it burn like mad but im still calm, can someone help?

Answers:
Actually, whether you admit it or not that is a result of some anxiety. You are indeed nervous. However, that can be controlled very easily. Take a class in performance anxiety. It will teach you a bit more about your problem and how to redirect your focus so that you are able to stop it from happening.

dont think about it

You problem are a little anxious. not so much nervous to where you're scared or don't like doing it, but there is a tiny degree of anxiety that causes it. Some ppl. are more prone to turn red than others, do you blush when you run too?

don't worry about it, it's endearing.

Rosacea? .probably not.

you need to join a speech craft or public speaking club and work this out completely.

you can also may be get an independant opinion by going through a psychoanalysis and see whether this has anything to do with your past.

the only way to do this is rehearse what you would like to say, and feel that person is like your sibling or friend and then speak. So then you eliminate being caught off guard and also the fear of speaking to strangers.

May be you need to take up a contact sport or an active sport which can loosen you upa bit and destress you from speaking to people.

hope this helps

pls vote this for 10pts

a bit of anxiety is what's causing it. i have a friend here whos ears go red when he talks to someone. Dont feel bad. i think u'll look good anyway. Maily happens due to capillarie's constriction or was it dilation??I think u have a bit more of adrenalin thaan you need.
