Answers:
It is very hard to prove medical malpractice because let's face it, docs have the money for the good attorneys. But you should start with a medical malpractice attorney who should be able to tell you if you have a legitimate case or not.

Other Answers:
Start all over and get a whole 2nd opinion on everything. Get the right facts and watch where that first dr. is and may be going, and file for malpractice. I am not a sue happy person but, it sounds like you are messed up and probably emotionally to for hearing you may have herpes. Get even a 3rd opinion and make sure what they all say is the same. They are only humans too. Just be careful hun.

stop taking all the medicine

1.you should change the doctor. 2.you should be aware of your medical condition and don`t be afraid of asking questions if you didn`t understand what the doctor says.
3.ask more than one doctor .
4.don`t you have a medical recorde, didn`t you tell the doctor that you`re already taking medicine?
5. why don`t you charge this doctor if he really did a mistake so he could be punished.

One thing I feel the problem may be an adverse effect of the drug for your primary problem. You consult the Dr. and discuss that and have a detailed check on that then have a multidisciplinary treatment approach.
