I am looking for motivative thiking related to consciousness.?

Thinking is the most curious dilemmatic creature ever thought. If people have conscious, how can they find where the motivative thinking from? Is motivation related to conscious?

Of course. Without consciousness there is nothing.
Motivation has to do with your goals and the things you want to accomplish in your life. Some people have lots of motivation and some do not. It all depends on what you can be happy with. Some can be happy/content with very little money and possessions and some want lots of material things like huge houses and the best cars on the block. Those people may be more motivated. Now, some people can be motivated in other ways, as in a spiritual quest for example. So basically motivation is what keeps you striving for the answers to what you hold most dear.
And yes, it comes from consciousness which is where we all come from. (The ego is a super focused part of this consciousness, it is in effect our personality while we are here on this earth in this lifetime. It has a lot to do with motivation.)
