What can I do to prevent my breasts from sagging too much?

Question:

Answers:
Unfortunately age reeks havoc on the gravitational pull of our breasts. (haha) You can try and win this battle with losing weight and exercising to strengthern the muscles that support the breasts. But really. the breasts are mostly adipose tissue(fat), so losing excess weight is your best bet. Good luck!

Other Answers:
wear a bra with under wire

i dont think you can stop it. you can try and firm up your pec muscles with flys and bench but i dont think that will help. try a better supporting bra and if nothing else works and you feel bad about it there is always breast augmentation. they will be perma perky after that.

sleep facing up.

Turn back time!

Stand up straight. raise your hands/elbow on top of you up to breast, then place your right hands over your left elbow and press it. do it ten times , right and left, alternately. this will hold ur sagging breast into firm position.

experience.

Always wear a bra, that really holds your breast, so that when you run, it doesn't just go bouncing up and down!

Exercise also definitely helps. Such as swimming, or gym exercises, that strengthens the muscles that support your breasts.
