Has anyone taken tumeric capsuls and if so, have they helped you and in what way?

Tumeric is an antiinflammatory. I take it as it comes in the spice form and just add it to my food, not in the capsule form. I believe it has helped me since my possible-ms dx.

i haven't. why do you want to take turmeric capsule? yes, it is a potential healing agent, but it may not serve your purpose. better consult a physician or an herbalist
I occasionally take Turmeric Capsules to help reduce inflammation and swelling in my hands. It works quite well.

I recommend it for my arthritic clients. Like the others have said, it's anti-inflammatory.
