Whats a cure for period pain?

Question:

Answers:
Midol is my best friend!
Also I use a heating pad and put it on my lower stomach and I usually feel great.
And try and relax and breathe deeply for a few minutes and the cramps won't be so bad.

Other Answers:
There are many over the counter medications out there that you can use. Ibuprofen (Advil is a familiar brand name), naproxen (Aleve, Naprosyn), and ketoprofen (Orudis) are available without a prescription and are effective at blocking the effects of prostaglandins. These medications work better if taken before the start of menstruation and can be continued as long as needed. If one type does not relieve the pain, try another, because these medications do not work the same in everyone.

you have many options like putting a hot bag on your lower belly, taking mefenamic acid like ponstan sf 500mg cap or buscopan 10mg tab.good luck!

do mean you get cramps? try taking some advil or pain reliever for menstruation like midol.

If tylenol does not work then try some basic yoga poses. I take bikram yoga and that relieves much of my period pains such as cramps.
