Answers:
I think you need professional help. because feeding too much of the wrong thing can really hurt

fruit, veges, carbs, milk, eggs

how old is this kid? a baby? a teen?

Other Answers:
See your pediatrician they will be able to recommend a nutritionist, it will be better since they can share medical records and tailor the program for the child's specific needs!

I have an underweight child the doctor told me to give him pediasure. now he is gaining weight and he is out of his anemia

My son used to drink pediasure when he was a really picky eater.
For a malnourished, underweight child I would introduce fatty but healty foods such as avacado, ice cream, pizza (vegiterian style), chicken, baked potatoes and things like that.
