Does anybody have any idea for a diet plan for a malnourished, underweight child?

I think you need professional help. because feeding too much of the wrong thing can really hurt

My son used to drink pediasure when he was a really picky eater.
For a malnourished, underweight child I would introduce fatty but healty foods such as avacado, ice cream, pizza (vegiterian style), chicken, baked potatoes and things like that.
