why is my chest hurting?
Question:
Answers:
It sounds like you have heartburn which is caused by acid reflux from your stomach. Spicy foods can cause the acids in your stomach to come up into your esophagus and cause that burning or painful feeling you're having right now. An antacid like 'zantac' or 'gaviscon' should help and are available in your pharmacy/drug store. Milk will help if you can't get to a drugstore though!
