Well over at my gym theres a thing that you lean your body over, it comes up to ur hips and you go all the way down with your elbows out and ur hands behind ur head, your body should be in an A position, and you come up and now have a HUUUGE arch in ur back and then you go down, up, down up, about 15 times holding it every time for about 5 seconds, repeat it about 3 times with 2 minute breaks.
try to find something at home that comes up to ur waist that'll hold your body steady. The thing at the gym is at like, a little slant and its a square figure that I lean my hips against.

I use a stability ball to do a reverse crunch. Lay on your back with your legs at a 90 degree angle(like your sitting in a chair that's laid back) and place the stability ball under your legs. Dig your heels into the ball and lift the ball up and towards your chest. Your butt should lift up as well. I would say do this for a set of 10 reps and then repeat once more. Try it 3-4 times a week.
