It would depend on what state you're in. If you find out you can, please have a brain about it. I'm all for loving your body but remember its the most precious thing you've got and you only get one. Some doctors may do it illegaly but I would question how good they are.
REMEMBER! your body doesn't stop changing until you are about 25. If you were to enlarge your breasts (assuiming thats what you are doing) the rest of your body may fill out to suit them. Just do alot of research and don't be afraid to get 2nd, 3rd, and 4th opinions. Also, check that your doctor has never had any complainst filed against him or her.
