Are you guilty of having a muffin top?

Question: When ur stomach flab overlaps ur pants. I am 5,7 and weigh 155.I have very long legs believe it or not I am thin, but i have a pouch. I wear a size 8 in bottoms and don't want to go a size bigger because they will be too baggie.
