summer's coming and it's embarassing to wear a tank top because of the back acne.. help!

Try using a body/ facial scrub and after leaving it on say like 5 minutes simply rinse off with warm water after application. If all else fail, you can't go wrong with anything that says "Tea Tree Oil" - those are like acne's worse enemy!

If you have long hair, wash and condition your hair as the first thing you do when you shower. Keep your hair up in a clip when it is being conditioned and through out the rest of the shower.
Use a non-moisturizing soap/body wash.
Before you go to sleep at night, take a washcloth and scrub your back to get rid of the dirt and oils from the day (rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball works too). Always wear a clean shirt to bed.

ok well your local drug store should have some sort of body wash for your back that should help clear it up. i prefer anything natural or nuetrogena good luck!!
