whats the fastest way to lose weight?

i find that regula exercise is the slowest way to lose weight but i wanna know the most fastest way to lose weight besides using regular exercise

You really have to take in less calories than you use during the day. So if you are not active, you have to eat smaller portions and/or eat foods that are low in calories.

this will not be what you want, but loosing weight fast is not healthy. can lead to the yo yo affect.. I think that you are on the right path eat right .. work out. be happy with who you are. stress can make you can weight too.. ok then by by now.

Do fitness it helps a lot. I was 90 pounds before and now im 83. I dont do it anymore because my dad saw my picture and said i got TOO skinney. I listened. Now Im so skinny. And Im only 17!

I cut all meat out except salmon and walked for twenty minutes a day which in turn was 3 miles so you have to wlak really fast and I eat alot of spinach and other veggies added wrap with vinager. I started doing that a week ago and I have already lost 8 pounds. oh I also bought this protein powder that you can get at walmart and bought a bag of fruit that I mix together in a blender when I feel like snacking.

well, the fastest and the worst way is the spot fat removal (liposuction).. but u have to know one thing: "if u take the shortcut, u will miss something important", and it is truth.. what bothers u to take every day some excercises as joging, or aerobic and to eat properly? in eating u just don't have to eat after 20 h and u MUSTN'T buy fast food!
