Try therapy. In particular, I have found EMDR techniques helpful. Check it out.

Hi, Gypsy, Panic attacks are as you are awhere extremely disabeling, and frightening. My Daughter, and wife both had them, and I as well 3 days after falling from a roof. They are very unpleasant indeed.
As they are not natural themselves, it is difficult to find a natural solution.
We found a short term of an anti-anxiety tablet was great in breaking the continual cycle of attacks.
If they come 'out of the blue', often knowing that you have the remidy stops one from entering the second faze of fear, fear of the intense fear. After a while you can do without them, knowing that you can end it when you like, which takes back your 'power' over them, as they don't last forever.

There is an extremely well written book by Dr Claire Weeks, called'Cmplete Self Help for your Nerves.' It is read as tho she were sitting right there beside you, and with her lifetime commitment to the disorder, I thoughouly recommend it to you.

She teaches practical advise as to allow 'it' to come, and do 'its' worst, and float your way thro until it disapears.
Your nerves are just over sensitised, and you are not going to go crazy, or die. But I might say, it sure can feel like it. 'It' must be the most horrific fear that can be felt, and I wanted to run away from myself, yet that is impossible.
Being with someone, or phoning someone to share the times it appears, is also helpful.
Take good care of yourself and seek short term help if they comtinue.sc

Try therapy and progressive muscle relaxation.
