Just check yourself when you are putting eyeliner and when you notice you have your mouth open close it and keep trying until it becomes a habit. You might open your mouth because you do not know how to put it the right way and you are scared you can injure your eye and as a result of that you tend to open your mouth. The more experience you have in putting make up and especially eyeliner the habit of opening your mouth would go away!!~!!

Yes, when applying eyeliner you need a mirror that you can tilt. Tilt the mirror at an angle and look down into the mirror. Chin up and your eyes will half close making it easy to apply liner
