Bones are made dense during the first 30 years of life, after that we just "maintain" that. after the age of 30 you should intake about 1500mg of calcium with vit D per day (500 mg at each meal, that's all our body can absorb at a time) and do weight bearing exercise. Walking, jogging, squats, ect.

as for the sex life that depends on whats going on! if its decrease libido in males than there are medications for that, for females not much is offered. if its psychological (increase stress, ect) than take a vacation. depends on what the cause is.
