I would say you have to pay attention to your weight. I am totally convinced that having a healthy weight is a must. I am 30 years old and is now that I have started to be concious of how important this is. When I was 14 I never worked out. Try to be as active as you can, run, exercise, work out; it will make so much of a better woman when you are 30, you will feel so good. But take this piece of advise, if you are going to change your looks, just do it because you really want to or because what you are about to change really bothers you; never do it to satisfy a society based off looks or just because we need to look in a certain weight. I am telling you this because I was somebody would have told me this when I was your age. Good Luck!

the weight you are at seems fine for your height. When I was 14 my parents joined me in the gym, maybe you should do that. Also, do some situps for those flabby abs and just try to do some cardio(walking, running, jumping, etc.) You'll be amazed at the results. Plus, you really don't have to go on a diet, just use portions.
thing you got to ask yourself are you happy with yourself
Well your weight is fine, and the only reason it seems so much on the scale is because muscle weighs more than fat, if you want to lose weight, just do an exercise that will make you sweat. Burn off the fat aka Sweat. It should work.
If exercising and eating healthier isn't working. It might be a good idea to see a doctor or licensed nutritionist, or maybe talk to a trainer at a local gym. Being thinner is not the be-all and end-all of the struggle. Feeling GOOD about yourself is perhaps 50% of the struggle. Because if you don't like yourself then weighing 100 or 400 lbs. will not matter
Keep eating healthy. As for the exercise, do more of it, and do it with concentrated effort. In time you will see results. It doesn't happen overnight.especially if you are doing it the right way (as you seem to be).
:)
As long as you are fit and healthy your weight should not matter. If you have muscle you are set to go! Sometimes you gain weight when you are going to grow taller.
When you say eating healthy what does that mean? Did you cut out sodas? candy? Try fresh veggies and fruit (i know it's hard when your parents are buying). I have a friend that ate raw veggies and fruit only and he lost a ton of weight. Eat salad and lean meat lke skinless chicken or fish. Keep working out and you can lose a little weight easily.
Going to the gym and running 1-2 mile a day would be great, since it is not as painful as doing crunches. Try not to eat calories alot, cut down on food. Also, do weights cuz it burns 7 calories when u gain muscles.
This will be something that you want to do for your self only if it makes you feel better, but at least you are trying and don't give up the exercising and good heathly foods just don't over eat is a good thing to do.it takes time to bring weight down and no your not really to big compared to some people even younger than your age.
