i have a blister on my last toe! it's kinda big. what can i do to stop it from bothering me?

Question:
any easy solutions? it kinda hurts!

Answers:
Small, intact blisters that don’t cause discomfort usually need no treatment. Nature’s best protection against infection is a blister’s own skin.

Larger or painful blisters that are intact should be drained without removing the blister’s own skin or roof. First, clean the blister with rubbing alcohol or antibiotic soap and water. Then heat a straight pin or safety pin over a flame until the pin glows red, and allow it to cool before puncturing a small hole at the edge of the blister. Drain the fluid with gentle pressure, then apply an antibiotic ointment and cover with a bandage.

Blisters with large tears should be "unroofed" carefully with fine scissors, and the base should be cleansed thoroughly with soap and water or an antibacterial cleanser. Apply antibiotic ointment and bandage.

Other Answers:
Drain it with a hypodermic needle and then place a bandaid on it. Don't "break" the blister though! This will tear the skin and hurt.

cut it off? No, that might hurt more. Hit your other hoot with a hammer. that would make you stop thinking about it.

Take sharp needle and puncture, then apply antiobiotic ointment, and bandaid. Change dressing 2-3 times a day.

Just pop it and wrap it up with a band aid. or two. You may have to rethink your shoes for the day too.

First, take a pin point and pop it, but just a small hole. When all the air is out, put some ointment on, then a bandage. Be sure to change the bandage each day. Hope I Helped!

There is a product called mole skin at the drug-store. stick it to the part of your shoe where your foot hurts. In the meantime, NO band-aids, air is best to help it heal.
