If he/she says it's ok for you to go outside the marriage, then that's an agreement between the both of you. It takes a certain type of couple, though, to have an open marriage like that. Some people think that they will be fine with it, but when reality hits they feel hurt and the marriage will suffer.
If you sneak around behind his/her back, then that is a dishonest act. You shouldn't be dishonest with your spouse.

no if you are committed to someone that's how it should stay.however you guys really need to discuss that.even get professional help.its unhealthy to not be intimate within a marriage well within any relationship for that matter.there has to be a reason behind it.talk to your partner find out what needs of theirs aren't being met and then maybe you will find your needs will be met.consider what things are happening in your life at the moment.for example i remember when i was pregnant and then also for a few months after i had my baby that sex was the last thing i wanted to do but when my partner gave me a bit of help and met my needs i was then more than happy to have sex with him.dint cheat on your partner you may find that when you do ( if u ha vent already ) that you may regret it and what if it happened that the problem with your partner could have been fixed through conversation or counselling.marriage is sacred dont throw it away.
