HA! women are usually the carriers!

Medications couldn't even help a man out in this case. At least women can avoid this nasty little disease. ;)

Fecal craniosis is one of the worst side-effects. When it gets that far, there's no treatment, except terminal auto-recto-osculation.

Probably the least expensive way to rectify the condition would be with Vaseline® or similar products (butter or margarine would work also). When applied liberally around the cranial area, and within the rectal channel as well as one can safely reach, the lubricating characteristics should make it easier for the cranial appendage to be extracted from the rectal orifice (usually by means of a swift kick to the affected area).

Use of Preparation H® and similar products, suggested previously, would be an excellent prophylactic treatment. By shrinking or "tightening up" membranes in the affected area, one would expect that an attempt to engage the cranium with that area would meet with increased resistance (or discomfort), thus deterring or rendering the effort ineffective and so reduce the likelihood of recurrence of Cranial Rectosis.
