OVER 20+YEARS AGO I WENT TO MY FAMILY DOCTOR AND COMPLANINED OF BEING TIRED! HE SAID " YOU KNOW POWELL I FEEL TIRED IN THE AFTERNOON TOO" ANYWAY MADE ME FEEL LIKE A FOOL, AND I FORGOT ABOUT THE WHOLE THING UNTIL LAST YEAR!
THEN WHEN I WAS SEDATED IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM I STOPPED BREATHING AT LEAST 3 TIMES, AND THE DOCTORS ADVISED MY WIFE, DID HE HAVE SLEEP APNEA? BECAUSE HE DID NOT SEEM TO WANT TO BREATH! FOLLOWING THIS STINT IN THE BIG HOSPITAL THIS HARD HEADED I CAN MAKE IT ON MY OWN WENT TO A SLEEP CLINIC!
IT WAS NO BED OF ROSES! BUT BEARABLE! 2 NIGHTS! WIRES SENSORS OFF EVERYWHERE CAMERA RECORDING YOUR EVERY MOVE, AND TO TOP IT OFF AIR BEING BLOWN DOWN YOUR NOSE AT A SWEET 2 MPH ULTIMATELY SEEMINGLY GOING TO AT LEAST 100 MPH OR TH EXHAUST OF A JET AIRCRAFT! I REALLY HATED IT!
THE RESULTS >>> YOU SEE HERE MR. S THIS 15 MINUTES WHEN THE AIR PRESSURE WAS AT 10 INCHES OF WATER . SEE THE SQUIGGLY LINES .. THATS REM SLEEP .. THATS WHAT YOU DID NOT GET BEFORE! .
BIG DEAL SO IN THAT NIGHT OF TERROR TESTING I HAD 15 MINUTES OF "GOOD SLEEP" I DID NOT FEEL AS THOUGH I SLEPT AT ALL!
SO AS THE DOCTOR PRESCRIBED I GOT MY CPAP MACHINE AND STARTED USING IT! I SWORE I WOULD HATE IT!
I LOVE GOD! I LOVE MY WIFE! I LOVE THIS DAMN MACHINE!
I HAVE REGAINED AT LEAST 40+ YEARS OF MY LIFE I SWEAR! BY THE WAY I AM 61 AND I AM SEMI-RETIRED!
I LOST 50 OR SO POUNDS ACCIDENTIALY IN ALL OF MY ACTIVITY! OH YEA WE DID HAVE A HURRICANE KATRINA TO HELP ME ON THIS ONE!
BUT BUDDY THAT DARN MACHINE HAS REALLY CHANGED MY LIFE. NEVER REALLY HAD TO MANY PROBLEMS BUT THIS THING DOES NOTHING TO DISCOURAGE MARITAL RELATIONSHIP, MY WIFE LOVES THE NEW ME!
GET YOUR SELF OVER TO A SLEEP CLINIC I SWEAR YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT! AT LEAST ASK SOMEONE WHO HAS!

Never never never do that, it can cause severe damage to your vocal cords or other parts, go to a sleep clinic and they will sort it out. And you should do it not just for your wife, but for you because it can cause heart problems.

Yes, you can do the surgery, but you do need a few other things from the office to have a successful surgery. I would suggest you have your Swingline stapler (Red if possible) available so that you staple up any wounds. I know Duct Tape isn't a standard office supply, but it comes in hand for a quick patch job in case something happens. If you have the red Duct Tape, that will help to camaflauge the wounds so your wife doesn't notice right away.
