What are the bumps on my skin?

Question:

For about 8 years my arms have been covered in thses small little bumps if I happen to scratch them, they turn red and sometimes leave scars. They don't really itch or bother me. What is this?.. just a skin condition?.. I've asked my doctor about it and he had no clue as to what it could be.

It might just be a skin condition.. or something to do with your genetics and all that. I have that same problem.. it doesn't bother me, so i don't think you should worry.. probobly just a minor non-harmful sideffect of something.. hasn't harmed me or you yet.. so it probobly wont.. don't worry that much about it.
