Get tested for ADHD. They have meds to help you if you do have ADHD.

You could have sleep apnea which would disturb proper restorative sleep.

Please go to these sites and look at the symptoms. If you think it fits you, go see a doctor.

Check your diet sweetheart.

Maybe it could be that you are lacking a certain vitamin. Do some research on what improves memory, I think it is gingo or something like that. Maybe you are lacking some vitamin E,D,K,potassium maybe low, stuff like that and see what happens. Do you take a multivitamin daily?? You will be surprised as to how much information the pharamaucetical companies give on their websites.

Try going to Web-md, or a Diabetes website like Pfzier or American Diabetic Association

It could be a number of things. (1) The coursecould be boring you, (2) You put more stress on yourself that needs to be, (3) You are not spending enough time sleeping. Meaning you will stay awkae on hours on end during the week. Finally your body wants to rest it's trying to catch up on it., (4) There could be a Mental Health problem, or (5) You are getting bored all together with school. Treat yourself to a nice reward once a week (like ice cre cream or whatever you enjoy). But, don't over do it if you feel you didn't give it your all that week. It might help if you just walk on the beach and hear the waves lapping and see the sun go down. Or give yourself a nice hike away from the City life for awhile.
