What is your favorite method of working out, or exercise. What is your age and gender, and cultural status?

I am trying to complete an assignment for school. I am trying to figure out wether or not a persons age group, background, socioeconomic or cultural statuses have an effect on what physical activities they choose to participate in.

Gardening/Yard Work
Stretching Exercises Weight Lifting

Answers:
I'm 37 year old white female, married, 2 kids, college degree, registered nurse. My workout routine consists of 3 days a week of Curves machines for 30 minutes, and 2 days a week of cardio (treadmill, stationary bike) for 30 mintues. It seems to be working for me!

Im 21.white female..middle class I suppose would be what I fall under :) I dont think any of that has an effect though, its just something I have always enjoyed!

My gender is female. I am 16 years old. I find the best and most fun way to work out is water aerobics
