why be so specific---just lose weight and your natural form will appear-good luck hun.
maybe you should be happy as you are.
Surely you have time to do a few sit ups each day thats the only way you are going to loose weight where you need to loose it.
Stair climbers and elliptical trainers are good for behind lifts!! Do incline sit ups for the tummy! Good Luck!
Sorry, the only way to selectively reduce fat is thru Lyposuction. Or, you could lose all your fat and then get breast and butt implants. Sounds like you're a little too body conscious.
Eat a heavy meal on breakfasts. Eat only fruits and vegetables on lunch. As much as possible, no carbs. Or if your job demands it, take little carbs. And Dinner is only for fruits or vegetables. You must not full yourself in dinner. And avoid meat. They absolutely make you fat since meat takes time to digest coz they still rot in ur tummy. Eat healthy. :)
office exercise, hmmm. all i can think is you walk the stairs instead of taking the elevator. but i agree with cass up there, just lose weight and feel good about yourself,ok.
If you find out let me know :o)
Try Alexander Technique - it works on muscle tone and posture and should help flatten your tummy. Also avoid white bread and other foods which bloat the stomach. (Eat slowly, cut down on sugar (these feed bad bacteria in the digestive tract) and refined carbohydrates like white bread or pasta, try cutting out wheat, include peppermint tea in your diet.)
This might help too:
: Hormonal changes are the most common cause of a bloated stomach caused by fluid. Take Evening Primrose Oil or Starflower Oil to balance hormones and reduce fluid retention. Vitamin B6 is also good for water retention. If you find you’re puffy at other times, you need to drink more water (helps to dilute the concentration of sodium in the body and increases the amount of water flushed out of the body), cut down on salt (which promotes fluid storage) and eat more potassium heavy foods such as bananas (which causes excess fluids to be eliminated from the system). Also check for food intolerance e.g. wheat or dairy. Avoid foods containing sorbital, as this is hard to digest and can cause bloating. Increase your intake of soluble fibre from fruits such as apples and pears as this helps to absorb water in the gut, preventing bloating.

There is no such thing as spot reduction, but if you eat right and exercise, you will have a lovely figure.

Exercise is not an option. It is just like eating and drinking. Without it you will die prematurely and your quality of life will suffer greatly. Try Matt Furey's Combat Conditioning program at www.mattfurey.com.
It is based on bodyweight exercises: The Hindu Squat, The Hindu Pushup, and the Back Bridge. The workouts would take less than a half an hour a day and you could do them anywhere.
Hope this helps!

By having good posture - standing tall with straight back and pulling in your tummy muscles whenever possible. Do ab exercises such as crunches, butt exercises such as squats and chest exercises such as chest presses. Also, incorporate some cardio to burn off any excess tummy fat. Good luck!
Most likely your frame a pear shape. You will lose some in both areas. But in the meantime you can do butt enhancing excercises, and pec excercises to firm up the areas you want to keep.
