I have red slightly itches splotches around my eyebrows. What could it be?

Try eliminating each for 7 days at a time to see if the condition clears up. That way, you will know what the culprit is and you can cut it out.

Could be dry ,try moisture cream

most likely from plucking or it could be an eye cream you use
