What's the best way to lose weight?

I am 5'8 248lbs look about 6 months pregnant and I am male.

pick up weights

try to walk down if want to go near by

I cannot believe you do not know the answer to this. EXERCISE and EAT RIGHT! That is the best way to lose weight. You might diet and lose some, but once you stop you will gain it back plus. Any health thing will tell you that. And you should start exercising gradually, you know, walk, ect. Also, if you talk to your doctor, they can help give you some literature and different things.

well it might seem strange but fasting and prayer can make a lot of phsyical and mental changes! Trust me!!

Lift some wheits and jog and eat healty.trust me I went through it to man I hear you loud and clear.

Exercise regularly but don't overdo it,especially at first.
Eat low-fat food only,try to stick to fruits and vegetables-
no sweets. No second helpings unless you're really too hungry to help yourself. Over time the body will adjust to the lower calorie intake and your appetite will decrease.
When the time is right you can try to skip a meal occasionally-but not breakfast. If you skip breakfast not only will you be short on needed energy but your body will
automatically burn calories at a slower rate.
Most importantly,if you fall off your diet don't let it discourage you. Start again and don't give up.
