Both cost too much for the effect. Any good skin cleansing regimen and a medicine containing Benzoil Peroxide have the same effect. Proactive and neutrogina both are simply that in a pretty expensive box. If Good hygene and Benzoil Peroxide are not enough your dermotoligist can prescribe stronger meds.

what helped me was always having my face wet..everytime it would get oily i would just splash water on my face..then after a couple of months the acne left for good.

NON Prescription would be Procativ, Prescribed meds would be antibiotics.

I have never used Proactiv but my friend uses it and says it works very well but i myself use Neutrogena and it also works good so id say either one would be a good choice.
