Is anyone aware of a higher amount of enzymes in the liver due to the lupon depot shot?

The lupon depot shot will most definitely increase the liver enzymes and while a snall amouont of this is OK as long as it still falls within the normal values of the test you are using, over a period of time for say more then six months you can have some rather severe complications which in the extreme may lead to the necessity of a new liver, so I ask you, is it worth it to you?
