What is a good work-out schedule (no gym)?


Question:
I need a full schedule for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, etc. without overworking my body. Please, no gym equipment or exercises that require one. So only things such as running, crunches, push-ups, jump rope.

If it helps, I'm male, 15y/o, 100lbs, 5'9".

Answers:
I like to work my chest and shoulders Monday, Wed., & Fri.
My arms on Tues, Thur and Sat, Rest on Sun.
Abs can be done every day.
You should buy a set of dumbbells (they cost about 50 cents per pound so you could get 2 20s for about $20)

Incline dumbbell press
Flat dumbbell press
decline dumbbell press
push ups
Shoulders:
Dumbbell military press
Arms:
Curls
Hammer curls
Tricep extensions
