You know how you feel weird when you first wake up?

Is it normal to feel this way for an hour?

No maybe you need a better nights sleep maybe you need a king size bed so you can roll around more or maybe you just need company.Your probably not a morning person.

It takes me at least an hour to get out of my sleepy mode!

I take a long time to feel fully awake in the morning, have you had your thyroid function checked?

I feel weird all the time, but until I get coffee down my throat I am like a monster, so yeah in the morning it is normal to feel strange.

It depends on what you did the night before.
did you not get enough sleep?
drink too much booze?
use sleeping aid?

no., it takes me a while to get out of sleep mode though.

You just woke up on the wrog side of the bed, as they say. But you'll be better soon. Then again you could feely crummy all day. If you continuesly feel sad or out of it day in and day out, then you should contact a doctor abotu depression.

I get out of that weird feeling when I do some A'ss kickin kicks not to mention few samurai sword exercise.Kinda fun exercice in the morning because the blade keeps you alert and awake *LOL* :)

Sure, not everrrryone is a morning person. It depends on when a person is waking up too.. I only that wierd for that long when I have to wake up at 5 or 6am. But, otherwise, if I am getting enough sleep, I am usually okay.

Even though I'm at work at 9am every morning, I rarely wake up before 10am. I think it's because I'm not a coffee drinker. Takes me time to shake that weird feeling.
