What level glucose is considered Insulin resistance?


Question:
on the 12 hour fasting glucose test what would be considered a high or borderline high insulin level?

Answers:
In a (Fasting Glucose test), >126 mg/dl is high and considered as Diabetes. above 110 may considered as Insulin resistance but not Diabetes.
In a (Random blood Glucose), >200 mg/dl is diagnostic for Diabetes, and >140 is Insulin resistance.
