how can i lower blood pressure without meds from doctor?

37yrs old with high blood pressure.i would like to know of other ways to lower with out meds? maybe herbs?

should drink lots of celery juice or eat lots of egg plant, it will help. at least it worked for me.

In the case of very high BP you have to take medicines from a doctor.It is absoltely essential.You have to follow dosages and timings strictly.
In the case of very small variations,reducing salt intake to minimum,walking a few kilometers daily and taking vegetables like tomato(which contains pottasium)will lower BP marginally.Lemon ,honey tea is another herbal medicine capable of lowering BP to small extents.
