yes your teeth feel twice as big! they also feel slimy and when you first look in the mirror, its kind of scary but you get usto it. i recommend you wear your retainer as much as you need to or maybe more. Otherwise your teeth will go back and you'll need braces again!

like your teeth had fallen off and your gums are huge. that's how i felt anyway, i got them removed 4 years ago when i was 15, and its still a little weird without them.
Others say that your teeth feel slimy. But when i got mine off i just thought they were normal. Have you ever imagined what your teeth would feel like without them? well it pretty much sums it up. The only funny thing i felt was that my teeth were much bigger than they were to pre braces days!
I was suprised that I had my braces off on the top first.
The next week, it was my bottom teeth, it tickles, but it didn't hurt.
When I had both braces off, I felt pretty weird because my gums were weak and I was afraid to chew something hard like an apple. I chew gum the first day when I got both of my braces off. Then I had chicken soup.
My sister said she felt like her teeth were super smooth and bare.
It does not feel normal.
feels great. Smoothe and yes they do feel big. i had mine removed when I was 13 or so and I still remember how it felt both removing tem *outch* Thats me anyways but I'm a baby lol,and the feel of your teeth. They still feel smooth to me and its almost 20 years after the fact.
