well to lose weight on stomach particularly u can try to keep it tight & stand straight. don't leave ur stomach lose. this is one of da methods to keep the muscles of the da stomach tight & don't let them get lose. for exercise u can try bending down & touchin ur feet. do it empty stomach in da morning once u r fresh. for first few days it will b cumbersome & a bit painful but slowly ur body will get used to & u will have a gr8 ab!! i have tried myself & it works. juss work out dats da key to a gr8 ab!!

You can't choose where your body loses weight first. Usually it will come off from the last place it was put on. Try some toning exercises to get you in shape!

Doing sit-ups will tone your stomach muscles but will not reduce your stomach fat. The only way to reduce the fat is through a good cardio exercise routine and a healthy diet.

My stomach is very flat even after two babies, so I can tell you that that is the only way besides surgery or liposuction which I do not recommend
