I love the girls who keeping short hair. It seems cool and edgy. I think that the girls keeping short hair usually has a fresh personality and independent. I just date the girl like this.

depends on the girl. there's more to it than hair.
I prefer longer hair over shorter, but I don't use that to determine if I'm going to be with someone. Women can still look very good with shorter hair. The hair isn't the problem. Maybe it's some other reason that this girl doesn't get asked out. Maybe some men like me would prefer this woman to ask them out. Not all guys like asking women out and think it should be the woman's turn. All in all, the hair has very little to do with anything.
I think it is basically a femininity thing. Longer hair is just perceived as more feminine while short hair can seem masculian (sp?). Anyway I am not a guy so I guess I really wouldn't know the exact answer. :p
