Why can't I hear out of my one ear?

Question: Why can't I hear out of my left ear. I put Debrox in..it's supposed to help with the wax but my ear fels weird.I put a speaker up to it and I can hear then but it just feels like it s clooged. Any suggestions? Because I don't know what to do.Do you think it's wax or like and ear infection.It doesn't hurt.

You may be "deaf" in that ear. Get it checked out.
