Is there a diet that is good that uses beef?

I don't know much about dieting, because I've never needed to, but have you ever heard of a protein-based diet? The energy is used for cellular and muscle growth, I think, rather than storing it as fat.

Apparently, a chilli diet is the best, because it speeds up cell metabolism (and so uses energy faster, meaning less is stored as fat). You could combine the two, perhaps.
