You can go to your feed mill(yeah, where they sell grain and things for farm animall) Pick up 1lb of alfalffa seeds. boil a half cup of seeds to 10oz of water for ten minutes. Strain it through a coffe filter and drink it everyday for two weeks. Only eat when you get desparetly hungry because everything you need, all your daily requirements, except for callories will be at the highest level. After everyday for two weeks, cut down to twice a week. Gaurentted youll be healthier than you ever been. Ps. if you have lupis, you cant drink the alfalfa tea. has a reaction to lupis for some reason, so if anyone reading this has lupis dont try it. You can get a pound of alfalfa seeds for $300. 6$ a month and any woman in the world can loose weight and be healthy. You think slim fast wants you to know that.
If you aren't eating regularly, most likely your body is in starvation mode and storing fat.
You still have to eat to lose weight.
Eat a handful of nuts every couple of hours to keep blood sugar up (almonds are cheap and the healthiest), and you should see some weight come off.

Having been desperately poor at times in my life as well as overweight, I can relate. You are probably eating inexpensve highly processed food that is loaded with fillers (aka fat, sugar and carbs). These are going ot store directly on your gut, butt and thighs. If you are a woman, you need 50 grams of protien a day to avoid starvation which will shut dowm your metablism no matter how many greens you eat. If you are a man, you need 70 grams of protien. You could suppliment a meal or 2 a day with a protien shake mix (average 15 grams protien), mixed with skim milk (9 grams of protein). Protein shake mixes CAN seem expensive, but if you spend $20.00 and get 20 servings and have that as a meal replacement, then you are only paying $1.00 per meal. They are also balanced with nutrients so you will feel better as well. Protien bars make a good on the job meal. You need to begin to read labels and attempt to make smarter choices. It's hard, I know, but I've also lost 100 pounds myself by making sure I hit the minimum requirement at least of protien and cut down on carbs and sugar. I cut down, I'm human I didn't cut out - that would set me up for failure to deny myself all things comforting. Try also to pay attention to portion size, but I think you should begin just by realizing the amount of carbs and sugar are in those quick inexpensive foods - compare the labels and good luck!
